Buying direct, and what that changes
Most bag enquiries in India go through a marketplace listing or an agent, and a good number of the suppliers behind them do not own a machine. That is not automatically a problem — plenty of orders run well through agents — but it decides who you call when the bulk does not match the sample, and it decides whether anyone can tell you why.
We cut, sew, print and check in our own unit. The practical difference is that you can name a component in the purchase order and have someone confirm it is what went on the line, and that a rejection has somewhere to go.
The test for that is the same whoever you buy from, and it is written up in full in seven checks to run before you place the order. Run them on us too.

Each has its own page with the full specification, the minimum, and the trade-off that line carries. There is always a trade-off.
Jute & juco bags
Rope or cane handle, gusseted base, laminated or unlaminated. The default choice for conference giveaways and retail carry bags.

Cotton canvas totes
8 oz to 16 oz canvas, bar-tacked handles, screen or block printed. The bag most buyers mean when they say tote.

D-cut and W-cut polypropylene at the GSM you specify. High volume, low unit cost, printed in one or two colours.

How an order runs
Spec, cost, sample, seal, ship
Send the spec
Fabric and weight, size, print method, quantity and the date you need it by. A photograph of a reference bag does most of the work if you do not have a tech pack.
Costing before you commit
A per-piece price against your quantity and specification, not a range. If the spec you sent will not do what you want, we say so at this stage rather than after sampling.
Pre-production sample
Made on the line that will run your bulk, in your fabric, with your hardware. Both sides sign it and it becomes the sealed sample — the reference every delivery is checked against.
Bulk run and dispatch
Cut, sewn, printed and checked against the sealed sample, then packed and dispatched. Road and courier across India, or delivered to your consolidator for export.
Time from sealed sample to dispatch: Verified lead times. It depends on the line and the quantity, and a number quoted before we have seen the spec is not worth anything.
Minimums
What counts as one design
100 pcs per design across the range, and 50 pcs on leather. The number that catches people out is not the minimum, it is the definition.
Colourways of the same bag count together. Sizes of the same pattern count together. Two different patterns do not, however similar they look on a page — a rider backpack and a boot tote are two designs, and a supplier quoting one minimum across both has either misread the brief or is about to renegotiate.

Where orders go
Road and courier across India from the Hyderabad unit. For export orders we pack to your requirement and deliver to your freight forwarder or consolidator.
Countries shipped to and volumes handled: Verified export record. Not claimed until it is counted — an export claim is the easiest thing on a manufacturer’s site to inflate and the easiest to check.

Questions buyers ask before the first order
Do you ship outside Hyderabad?
Yes. The unit is in Hyderabad and orders go out by road and courier across India. For export orders we pack to your requirement and deliver to your freight forwarder or consolidator — we do not act as the exporter of record unless that has been agreed in writing.
What is the minimum order for bulk bags?
100 pcs per design, and 50 pcs on leather because the per-piece cost is higher. Colourways of one design count together, so navy, black and grey of the same bag is one minimum rather than three.
Do you make private label and OEM bags?
Yes — your brand, your labels, your packaging, and no ABM marking on the product unless you ask for it. Send a tech pack, a sketch, or an existing sample you want matched. We will tell you which parts of a sample we can match exactly and which will be close but not identical.
Can I order more than one product line in a single order?
Yes, but each design carries its own minimum. A jute tote and a laptop backpack are two designs on two different patterns, so they do not combine toward one minimum even on a single purchase order.
How do I know the bulk will match the sample?
Write the specification into the purchase order — GSM or ounce weight, denier, zip brand, whether handles are bar-tacked — and check the delivery against it. Cut a 10 cm square of the delivered fabric, weigh it in grams, multiply by 100 and you have the GSM. That works on any supplier, including us.
What do you not make?
Injection-moulded parts, rigid trolley shells, woven polypropylene sacks, and anything requiring certified thermal or safety testing. If your order needs one of those, say so early and we will tell you rather than sub-contract it quietly.
