Give us the crate or carton dimensions, not the litres. A volume figure can be met by a dozen different internal shapes and only one of them fits the box your riders actually carry. Every avoidable remake on this line has come from a brief written in litres.
A thicker liner holds temperature longer and eats internal volume — on a bag sized tightly to a crate, going up a grade in foam can mean the crate no longer goes in. Decide the internal dimension first and let the liner thickness be the variable.
If the bag will be wiped down daily, say so. It changes the shell to a PVC-backed fabric and changes the seam construction, and it is much cheaper to specify now than to discover after a month in service.

Be honest about it
This is the wrong line for you if
- You need certified thermal performance to a stated hold time. We build to your specified liner and construction; we do not test or certify to a temperature curve.
- The bag has to hold liquids in the event of a spill. These are insulated, not sealed.
- You want a single bag that suits both a two-wheeler rider and a car boot. Those are two different dimensions and trying to split them produces a bag that is wrong for both.
If one of those describes your order, say so when you write in and we will point you at the line that does fit — including when that means a smaller order than the one you came for.
