Structured bags with a padded sleeve in them — corporate onboarding kits, office backpacks, school sets. This is the most component-heavy line we run, and the one where a spec sheet saves the most money.

1680D outlasts 600D by a wide margin and adds both weight and cost. For a bag handed out at an onboarding day and used twice a year, 600D is the honest specification and the difference will never show. For a field team carrying one daily, it will show inside a year.

Give us the laptop model rather than the screen size. A 14-inch machine from one maker is a different footprint from another's, and a sleeve cut to a nominal inch figure either grips nothing or will not close. This is the single most common cause of a rejected sample on this line.

Zip choice is worth naming in the purchase order. It is the component most often silently downgraded between sample and bulk, and it is the part of the bag that fails first.

This is the wrong line for you if

You want a soft unstructured bag — that is a tote brief and it costs a fraction of this.
The order is under our minimum because it is for internal staff only. A small run of structured bags carries pattern and setup costs that do not amortise, and you will get a better price buying stock bags and having them embroidered.
You need it certified for airline carry-on dimensions. We can build to a dimension you supply, but we do not certify against airline rules.

If one of those describes your order, say so when you write in and we will point you at the line that does fit — including when that means a smaller order than the one you came for.

Do you make school bags as well as corporate ones?

Yes, on the same line and to the same construction — printed or embroidered with the school crest, in a size range for pre-school through college. Colour matching across an annual repeat order is worth discussing at the first order rather than the second.

600D or 1680D polyester?

600D for occasional use and giveaway kits, 1680D for daily carry. The heavier fabric roughly doubles the abrasion life and adds weight and cost per piece. Nobody at a one-day conference will notice the difference; a delivery rider will notice within a month.

Can you match an existing bag we already buy?

Usually. Send the physical sample rather than photographs — the pattern, the foam density and the hardware are what have to be matched, and none of the three are readable from an image. We will tell you which parts we can match exactly and which will be close but not identical.

What is the minimum order?

100 pcs per design. Sizes within one design — a small and a large of the same school bag — count together.
